Parish Hall Renovation - 2022
Thanks to a very generous initial gift of $100,000, St. Mary’s Episcopal Church is finally able to realize a long term dream - to renovate the Parish Hall which was built in the 1960s and not significantly altered since then.
The Parish Hall is used by the congregation for a wide variety of important events: coffee hour, Sunday School classes, numerous potlucks, Bible studies, hosting the homeless via Maureen's Haven, and a number of fund raisers over the years such as Paint Nights, Wine Tastings, and an institution in the community - the annual Christmas Fair.
But the space has been and is currently also used beyond the congregation for AA meetings, birthday parties, receptions, Zumba classes, dog training and more.
We wanted to have a space where we could share pictures chronicling the progress of this project so important for the people of St. Mary's and the community at large.
