Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

We extend grace and joy to you as we pray for you and St. Mary’s during our time of discernment together.

 St. Mary’s has been a thriving parish for more than 100 years and has touched the lives of many within our church and to the broader community as well.  We’ve experienced changes along the way and have always met these changes with grace and equanimity. As an example, we offer outreach to the adult street homeless here on the East End of Long Island.  We scarcely knew of a homeless population 20 years ago; but as the homeless grew in numbers, we were the first church in Hampton Bays to give them safe haven.

 St. Mary’s is our house of worship, our spiritual home that binds us together, and for that we are grateful.  We pray that as you read our profile, you hear what we might share in ministry together.

 Our hospitality is legendary with people coming from miles around to enjoy our numerous events.  We hope you will allow us the pleasure of extending our hospitality to you.
